1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Cook!

In the slow cooker— Add all the ingredients except the cornmeal, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until hot and bubbly.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cornmeal. Stir in the cilantro and season with salt and pepper, to taste, just before serving.

Serving Suggestion: This pork stew goes wonderfully with corn bread!
