Hey y'all — it's Diane, still the crazy chicken lady, now with a whole lot more than chickens. We're out in Johnson City, Texas, in the Hill Country just west of Austin.

Three Sisters Ranch is named for our three girls — McKenna, Payton, and Korbyn — and this has been a true family operation since we made the move here from our Georgetown home of 20 years. What started as a leap of faith has turned into a full pasture-raised operation: laying hens, pasture-raised meat chickens, and Mangalitsa pigs, all raised the way we believe food should be raised.

I spent 20+ years as a public educator before moving into my current work-from-home role with an educational technology company — so ranching happens in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends around the day job. Ken currently spends his days building houses and, in his downtime, you'll find him fly fishing or building something new out on the ranch.

You'll find us most Sundays at the Pedernales Farmers Market, and we run local deliveries each month for folks who can't make it out. We'd love to meet you.
