Chicken Dumpling Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Three Sisters Ranch ground chicken

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 2 tsp ginger, grated or minced (peeled)

  • Pinch of white pepper

  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 4 scallions, finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup shredded and chopped cabbage

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

  • Avocado oil spray

  • 1 tbsp chili crunch (optional, for spice)

  • 2 tbsp dumpling or potsticker dipping sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat & Mix: Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, scallions (reserve some for garnish), cabbage, garlic, ginger, white pepper, and sesame oil.

2. Prepare Muffin Tin: Lightly spray a muffin tin with avocado oil. Place a wonton wrapper in each compartment, pressing it down to form cups.

3. Fill & Bake: Scoop the chicken mixture into each cup, pressing down slightly. Spray the tops with more avocado oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F, rotating halfway.

4. Cool & Serve: Let cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a paper towel-lined surface. Serve with a mix of chili crunch and dipping sauce, garnished with scallions and furikake if desired. Enjoy!
